I’ve been here about 6 times over the past few years and have NEVER had an appointment go as scheduled. If you have the 9:30 slot, you ALWAYS have to wait for your tech to arrive. The door is never unlocked and they’re never ready to go - it’s always a 10 minute process to navigate the crowd standing outside, shuffle everyone inside, the techs are unpacking and setting up their stations - it’s insane. Hieu always does a fantastic job!
Came with friends to get a spa pedicure and was happy with my service. The only thing that was disappointing for us was the color selection for non-gel polish. It was a really limited range, my friend wanted pink wasn't able to find a good color and had to pick something else.
What a gem of a place! Carolina took my battered neglected feet and hands and turned them buttery soft and pretty!
I got my first builder gel manicure done here last week by Quinn and I can’t say enough good things! I have a difficult nail shape for almond nails but Quinn took extra time and attention-to-detail to ensure each was shaped perfectly and symmetrical, and that the color payoff was perfect. Turned out exactly how I wanted! I will absolutely be returning for another appointment with Quinn.
