They have some very rude and ill mannered staff who are very snobby and uneducated. They insist on doing what they want and how they want even after you have asked for something else. Prices are the most expensive in the county. Nail polish selection is sparse, and gel is constantly pushed on you. Upgrades to pedicures are also pushed on you and faces are made when you select the least expensive option. The most passive aggressive group of staff I have ever encountered in a salon.

My mother and I visited this salon expecting top-tier experience—especially with a final bill of over $350 for just two gel pedicures and two gel manicures. Unfortunately, what we got was far from luxury. I love non-toxic products so I’m willing to pay for just that. From the moment I sat down, my nail tech was cold, dismissive, and made it clear she had no interest in servicing me. The salon is amazing and clean. Everyone is very good; however, Anne tends to have her favorites..if you don’t get gel she will not give you a good manicure and plays mind games for no reason. No matter how nice I was and generous with tips. Better to schedule with any of the other terrific technicians.

Natural Nail Lounge has been my go-to salon for almost 10 years! Service is always beyond expectation, no matter who takes care of you that day! Quality of non-toxic products is unmatched!
