They were so helpful. I usually wear braids. They took the time to show me how to style my own hair as well as explained every step of their process. It was so informative and look nice when I left.

At this point Google should provide the option for negative star because one star is generous. Lets start with arrival. I arrived with my daughter at 9am for her appointment. The front desk was kind and escorted us upstairs for a "consultation". The master stylist arrives and sits next to us and ask my daughter absolutely nothing about her hair care routine, maintenance or products.
