I had suffered for near a decade with tightness/pain in my neck and shoulder until I came to Basic Kneads and was seen by Lisa. Just by looking at me, she determined some of the causes of my pain. Lisa is an accomplished and knowledgeable professional. She combines her medical expertise with an angel's touch to heal. I came in today with a lot of pain due to back issues. She walked me through the causes of the problem. She also gave me very specific ideas to follow through on so I don't keep having the same issue.
