They told me to keep the wax out of the vent so i tried today and it was full of something they put in so I pulled it all out and now the left one don’t work for the third time in a year Follow up I got a phone call today from natural hearing wanted me to come in and he put almost an hour in working and explaining more and why he had silicone in the vents it was because I had to much feed back so he promptly fixed my mess up very kind man so I now changed my rating to five stars and I’m very proud to recommend them to anyone... read more
