We were so impressed with the kindness of the staff. Ashley was so helpful to us. She went above and beyond to help my mom and me. My mom is 91 and needs patience. Ashley was amazing.
Hi, Been living with my ‘in ear canal’ Phonak Lyrics hearing aids - I Love these! Hearing is very good, with excellent echo location (sensing where the sounds are originating, by using the body’s natural ear shapes). Also, there are no batteries to change (once every couple months we change the units, and that’s enough). Having no units on my ears, I can put on, and take off bicycle and motorcycle helmets without concerns. Service here is always excellent and very conscious! Very professional
I have been coming to natural hearing center for 5-6 years. Allison is the hearing instrument specialist and she couldn’t be more helpful. She is knowledgeable and so accommodating and sweet. The two people at the front desk, Jake and Ashley, are professional, helpful, and so kind. Can I give them 10 gold stars? Yesterday Ashley helped me. She conducted the hearing test and then adjusted my hearing aids accordingly. I was in and out of there in no time AND I COULD HEAR PERFECTLY ONCE AGAIN!!! Thank you friends!!! ML Tonne
