No respect for clients’ time. One of the only health services in Canada that doesn’t offer anything online. Apollo is a much better option, they provide online booking for appointments with simple phone calls that come ON TIME and I never have to leave my house just to sit in an overcrowded office, waiting for hours after my appointment time.

They were good at beginning but gradually got worse. Gave me a hard time about my 3 month appointments but again fail to call to book it. Here I am 6 months later found a new doctor and they canceled my prescription before I even saw the other doctor. Find a different clinic. They really dont care about patients here. Seems to me all this place cares about is money.

If you're look for help/information and worried about feeling judged don't be :) The front desk/phone team are everything you'd want and more than you'd hope for. Very professional, informative, kind. They really do their best to make sure you have all the information you need in a way that instills confidence. The Doctors there are also quite helpful and warm. Very bad service. An appointment time with them means nothing. They have no idea how to meet an appointment time!
