I have been dealing with this clinic and Dr. Lasner for several years. I have been impressed by their professionalism and efforts on my behalf.
I had some issues when things 1st started but they have been getting progressively better ever since. Thank you for continuing to improve and giving us all a much needed service. Everyone is accommodating and respectful. Doing the phone call appointments has made it less stressful for people that have dozens of appointments a year already. Thanks!
I booked all of my appointments in one day, and booked the time off work. I arrived early and spend 50min in the initial waiting room, this put me behind and resulted in missing and being charged for the following drs appointment. If you are told one hour book two. I asked the receptionist if there was a point in making an appointment , and the response was this is a drs drs office, I explained this wasn't my typical experience, I understand that everyone can run behind, but perhaps letting your clients know at the time of b... read more
Staff are good but the appointment took an hour and a half out of my work day and you have to pay for parking. Not convenient whatsoever, will be finding another provider.
Very professional clinic with extensive knowledge, treatment options and effective skin care lines. I have booked more sessions.
