Had my first massage with Emma and it was wonderful. She found all the spots of stress and discomfort! I will define going back for more!
Dr. Lindholm is the best. He took time to understand my situation and educated me on the way that adjustments contribute to my overall health. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I also had a massage by Brandi. She was very thorough and had me feeling good as new. All of the staff here are wonderful!
I came to Natural Family Health with a frozen shoulder and neck pain. Dr. Kruis did an incredible job with gentle chiropractic care. She recommended exercise and gave a lot of encouragement. My pain is nearly gone.
