.My experience today was FOOT BATH DETOX......It was Very calming and relaxing. I've been skeptical about this in the past, but not only did it make me feel great yesterday, I felt pretty awesome all day today too! It was nice to have that (ugly/icky) visual of toxins that had accumulated in my body being pulled out and washed away!!
Amazing facility! Cannot say it enough....My experience today was with the vibration plate; first time for me and after being on my feet for 9 hrs today it was heavenly! My legs felt light and uncongested for the first time in a LONG time! My mat experience was also amazing...I left feeling like I had gotten a full body massage on the shore! The ocean sounds and table vibration totally helped shift my mind out of high gear and into a much more relaxed state. 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend!z More things to try next time!!
Tried the grounding mat today. Very relaxing. Nice to have someplace like this town with these various health options.
I was much surprised after my foot soak at how well I felt. I’m going for another one! Office gal was a sweetie!
