Amy is truly magical. Our bodies hold so much - stress, trauma, pain - and Amy is able to read bodies intuitively and bring about somatic healing. It is almost unbelievable to me and I don't fully understand how she is able to do this, but I am very grateful. Working with Amy is undoubtedly an essential part of my self care. I feel very lucky to have met her.
