Waste of time trying to even get an appointment. Have it available on the website then you have to wait for them to accept. WHY have it available on the website. Very unprofessional! If you aren’t taking new clients then don’t have available appointments to the public.
I called and was told they’re “not taking any clients right now” even for future appointments…very interesting…
