They are not professionals. I had good service from them in 2022. But I don’t understand their behaviour. It feels like they are doing me a favour whenever I try to book an appointment. Hangs up abruptly. Overall confusing.
I just had a phone-call with them asking for something, she hang up on me like its nothing, the worst way of treating a customer
