Today I had an appointment to get knotless braids with a cornrow design at the top. Before I initially made my appointment, I called the salon because I wanted to know if someone can do the hairstyle that I wanted. The salon ended up calling me later that night and advising me to send a picture of the style I wanted, which I did. The rating is not from the service because i had not have the pleasure of having service. I was booking the appointment for a family member and was excite. But, the people that answered the phone was very unpleasant. I had the family member call back and let her judge for herself. She canceled the appointment right away. if that is how you treat a new customer NO THANK YOU! even if you are having a bad day it's a business.

Chastidy was super nice and friendly but most importantly she SAVED my hair! Amazing place and amazing atmosphere, I’m so so grateful . I came in with extremely matted hair, and she worked so quickly for a problem I thought would take days! She also gave me good aftercare instructions. Highly recommend this place, and great prices as well. Thank you so much again!
