The rating is not from the service because i had not have the pleasure of having service. I was booking the appointment for a family member and was excite. But, the people that answered the phone was very unpleasant. I had the family member call back and let her judge for herself. She canceled the appointment right away. if that is how you treat a new customer NO THANK YOU! even if you are having a bad day it's a business.

Chastidy was super nice and friendly but most importantly she SAVED my hair! Amazing place and amazing atmosphere, I’m so so grateful . I came in with extremely matted hair, and she worked so quickly for a problem I thought would take days! She also gave me good aftercare instructions. Highly recommend this place, and great prices as well. Thank you so much again!

I had an incredible experience at Natural Hair Haven Salon in Coral Springs! Christal was my stylist, and she was such a sweetheart from start to finish. I came in with a unique challenge for her—cornrowing and installing crochet braids on my extremely short, natural hair, which had also been colored. Not only did Christal accept the challenge with confidence, but she also went above and beyond.
