-Unacceptable- Made my appointment 3 days in advance. Inquired in-person 5 days prior. Arrived to my appointment on time only to be turned down because the hair stylist didn't feel comfortable doing my 4C natural hair. Manager offered to do it for me but told me to wait 2 hours. 2 hours became 3 hours, became 4 hours, became offering to do it sometime in the week 4 days later.
