I have same problem with no communication on When & What is being put down even tho requested notification of such. Seeding put down too late in the fall to do any good.

Very slow to respond to any initial questions but we decided to give them a try, wanting a more natural lawn care option. I actually didn’t even know for sure if they had gotten our sign up for service request until one day a sign was in our yard. No notice is given for any treatment for when they are showing up to do a service, just a little sign appears in our yard.
