I have had my rose for 3 years!!! Still alive.
I have been trying to reach this company since January as they shipped me a broken rose and they will not reply to my emails and when I called the company the phone just rang and rang and finally disconnected. I purchased 5 roses, they were shipped in a plastic bag, not marked fragile and was tossed on to my porch when they were delivered. I have told many friends about this company in the past as I was given one years ago, but this is probably the worst customer service that there is!
