DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 4 roses and one was broken. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not had a response from them. The roses were shipped in their individual boxes in a padded envelope. They do not send tracking information so you do not know when it was shipped or when it will arrive.
