Have tried multiple times to get ahold of my doctor who ordered blood test and wanted to see me back. I’ve left messages, I’ve messaged on the patient portal. This has been since October of 2025 and still have not gotten a call back. I understand I came in with a lot of medical happening already, so understand if that was to much as a new patient there, but my provider should of communicated that instead of telling me to call once my blood results have come back and then just not answering at all. We were hopeful to have the provider my daughter saw truly care about why we scheduled an appointment. The provider jump to a diagnosis of "Anxiety" regarding what symptoms my daughter was having. She stated to drink ginger tea, see a counselor and do breathing exercises. I explained I don't think it's just anxiety, it's something health related causing these symptoms. Going to Natural Family Health clinic is by far the best decision I have ever made bar none! I was on several prescription medication and overweight. I have lost 50 pounds and am off all prescription meds except 1 which I will be off soon. I am 58 and in the best shape of my life. Doctor K and Chad are absolutely awesome. I took my daughter in because she wasn’t feeling well and Chad gave her IV of hydrogen peroxide and by the next morning she was 100% as if she was never sick. Chad is the best and my favorite IV therapist of all time!!! He always gets it first try makes me happy and stoked to be there and never hurts me. I love his attitude and skills.
