Lauren is an amazing therapist who infuses a deep body-mind connection into her work as a somatic therapist. She also regularly works in a group setting, teaching workshop in dance meditation, stress reduction and burnout prevention. Lauren is also huge alley to LGBTQ+ clients, supporting them in their nervous systems; and likewise to autistic and adult ADD patients.
