I ordered the skin soother and shampoo bar two days ago. I never received a tracking number so I decided to call today to see if the product shipped. The product has not shipped as the shampoo bar is on backorder. There was no indication of this when I checked out the products in my shopping cart. He claimed someone was contacting customers to inform them but it’s been two days and priority mail should have had my package at my door today. This stuff works like magic! My french bulldog Daisy’s paws were really rough and crusty and I applied the paw balm to them and in 2 days they were smooth and back to normal! I also bought the snout, wrinkle and skin balm and I can see the difference. 💕
Three days using the snout balm removed almost all of the roughness from his nose. This stuff is amazing, I've tried quite a few products but none have compared to Natural Dog.

This company has the only products we trust to use on our Frenchies. Our two year old Frenchie Sake has hyperkeratosis on his nose and after trying 5 other products we only buy Snout Soother. Their quality is excellent and all organic. We also love the paw soother and wrinkle balm for their feet and face wrinkles.
