Paid for my product. Never got it. Emailed them and they emailed back saying not to worry. Still haven’t gotten my order weeks later. At this point I just want my money back. 0 out of 5 stars because I have no product to comment on. Escalated to fraud via Paypal.

I sent them a follow up at the end of the week and they replied immediately. I haven’t even been able to use their products yet but I can guarantee that just based on customer service, I will be recommending this company to over dog lover and dog parent I know.

I purchased this amazing product for my bassethound that had some skin issues. Mainly a skin tag on his back leg. After applying this daily for almost two weeks the skin tag went away! Also works on bumps. Highly recommend this product! Here is the before and after

Best paw balm and nose balm on the market! Don’t waste your money with other products that do not work. My frenchie had a dry nose and dry paws. Within a few days of use we noticed a permanent difference. Other products just cover the problem and do not heal. Love! Oh and the smell is pleasant. Thank you for making a great product.

We have an English Bulldog that just delivered 7 puppies. Her nose had become so dry and started to crack. I ordered the snout cream and no joke in less than 2 days her nose was healed. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It never bothered her going on and she would let me just rub it on her nose. This product is by far better than I could have imagined. Thank you for helping take care of our girl💕

There was a mix-up in our order, and Natural Dog Company replied fast and professional about the whole ordeal. I would recommend them to anyone especially since only 1 application yesterday and my boy’s belly is pink instead of red! Skin soother is amazing! I can not believe I waited this long to try it! My puppy keeps getting hot spots on his belly and hind legs. One application and looked remarkably better. My husband are so happy with the results so far.
