Shenell has been my stylist for several years, and her professionalism and consistency are unmatched. She is always on time, and I never have to wait once I arrive for my scheduled appointment. I’ve been natural most of my life but never really wore my curls because I didn’t know how to care for them. I want to share my honest experience with Natural Diva Salon so others can make an informed decision. My first visit was great — I booked a silk press with a trim and moisture treatment. The stylist, Shenell, was professional, my hair looked great, and it lasted. She followed up with an email asking for a review, and I gladly gave her five stars. Shenell is very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My hair is so healthy, nourished and moisturized due to her training me on taking care of my hair. I use the same products she uses and it makes the transition easy when I do my own hair at home. I’m thankful for Shenell’s caring hands. My coils are happy!
