Literally the worst professional experience of my life. Took my 2 children for checkup/cleaning. Jessica tried hard selling orthodontics for my 6 year old. I don't agree with that approach, but she kept on with the hard sell. Continued the checkup up, then she cleaned my sons teeth. She was not friendly, but ok until he accidentally swallowed the water on the third rinse she raised her voice and shouted 'I told you not to swallow!'
