Itzy is very kind and caring. She made the effort to understand your needs. Her environment is very welcoming and calm. I wasn’t sure what type of skin I had and she took the time to evaluate what type of skin I had and explained how she came to that conclusion. I got my first lash lift & tint. The tint lasted about 2-3 weeks and the lift lasted for 4ish weeks. I also got a facial which was absolutely amazing to say the least. I had concerns about facials and she addressed them perfectly!
