Great experience — friendly staff, fast unloading, and easy in-and-out. The dock area is a bit tight but perfectly manageable. The shipping office is at the end of the building with the metal stairs — ring the bell, and they’ll let you in to check in with your load. They come out once they’re done with the paperwork and seal. Got a dock right away, and I was out in about 40 minutes. Everyone there — the Mexican guy, the white guy, and the white lady — are all super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
One dock to load . In and out 30 minutes
First time delivery 1. They open at 7AM 2. Follow the map to check in office 3. Ring the bell 4. Going to get a dock immediately 5. 40 min of loading 18 pallets
