Ordered pillows from here as I had them in a hotel I stayed at and loved them. When they came they were definitely not the same, I tried to return them and not only is there no option for a refund back you you directly, I had to request it through their chat service, they make you pay return shipping. $60 return shipping for two pillows. Not a very customer oriented company.
