I started my loc journey in 2016 and needed a salon to help me maintain my locs. I found Natural by Nature when they were in the Willingboro Market Place and have been coming to them since. They made me feel welcomed, heard my concerns and have been taking care of me since. Almost 10 years into my journey, and my locs are healthy! Kim is in her God given purpose. I booked a partial weave install with the owner on my birthday (10/25). Upon arrival, I was told she was busy with something else, and when she finally began my service, she seemed frustrated. The braiding process was uncomfortable and painful, and the added braiding hair appeared unwashed, causing my scalp to itch. One track was glued instead of sewn, the entire install is bulky all around my head, and not enough leave-out was provided—making the tracks visible, especially since I’m only 5ft tall. This salon used to be one of the best and more afforable natural hair care salons to go to in the area, but I'm not sure what happened to this place over the past year or so. Is this place even still open? I've booked appointments on two separate occasions and when I get there, no one is there. Don't bother calling to confirm the appointment you've booked, since no one ever answers the phone anymore. I booked an appointment for 7:00am. The day before they decide to reschedule me for 11:30am! 4 hour difference! No heads up or nothing! Can't get in contact with anyone! Couldn't cancel the appointment since it's 48 hours before so I'm not gonna show up. Terrible!

I booked an appointment online, no one answered the phone all week and no one is here. I’m not sure if this salon is even still in business. Absolutely ruined my vacation plans and leaving me scrambling to find someone else. Do not recommend
