It is a very relaxing and warm environment. I've been going to this spa for a few years. I enjoy the staff, facials, and massages.

The spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed my massage. However, we booked this for an event, they said we would have a room to ourselves and could bring food. In reality, it was just a hallway with no tables. If they had been more forthcoming on on that, we would have had no problem.
I am that typical client that likes to call the day of and try to get in somewhere for a facial and massage. Almost every place I try this with are incredibly unaccommodating, for obvious reasons. Procrastinators don't fit in well in spa settings lol. Natural body is different. Not only are they almost always able to accommodate me, but they don't make me feel like an inconvenience for my schedule issues. I had a massage here and it was nothing special. I've been to other spas and have had STELLAR customer service and the masseuse was so helpful by ensuring I was well informed and was getting exactly the massage I needed. I haven't been back.

Loved my prenatal massage from Amber :) I've been here a couple times now and have enjoyed it each time. It's a real treat!
