Everybody was really nice however my massage was more like a soft Rub- if you want any pressure at all you should probably do the deep tissue massage and not the regular one. I have definitely had better.
Peaceful, clean, respectful and relaxing...both the spa and the staff!

I am not new to Natural body, I see Lolita for deep tissue work and she is hands down the best therapist for that type of work. However yesterday was my husband and I's anniversary and we had a couples massage with Marie & Princess, my husband loved his therapist and might I say I have never had a Swedish massage help so much with pain as I normally go for the deep tissue work which always leave me sore for days, after leaving yesterday i could tell my back felt better and last night felt good, i slept like a baby last night... read more
I went to Natural Body for the first time and scheduled a deep tissue massage. I had a mountain biking accident, so my neck and shoulders were in pain and knotted. When meeting my massage therapist, I told her I would like her to focus on my neck and shoulders, and I liked REALLY deep tissue massages. I have been using Natural Body Spa for years and have always had excellent service. My last 3 massages have been with Sabrina. She is amazing! The hot stone massage with aromatherapy is wonderful! Had one yesterday and I'm a little sore today but that just means Sabrina did her job and worked out the knots in my muscles. � I'll be back.
