I have to cannot recommend Wendy’s Hypnobirthing class enough! She is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and gave us so many resources, which as a new mama to the area, was incredibly helpful (especially since everything was closed because of Covid). I had a homebirth with my first baby but I was not relaxed at all during the labor, even though I had done meditation all throughout my pregnancy. Wendy was our Hypnobirthing instructor and Doula back in 2016. She was such a big help. We were first time parents and she helped me construct a birth plan along with everything else I needed help with. The birth of our first child was not what I expected but she helped my husband and I stay calm and I thank her for that; had she not been there, there would have been more medical interventions. Having my placenta encapsulated is one of the best decisions I've made! I had Wendy do my placenta encapsulate for both of my babies. Wendy is amazing and very accommodating since both of my pregnancies were emergency C-section.
