I had high hopes, and they were dashed. I love the staff and think Amber is great, I went in to find out why I had gained so much weight in a short amount of time. Even after my blood tests came back proving my hormones were in the normal range, they sold me on pellets, progesterone and thyroid meds. I didn't recieve the meds until I'd called them twice to verify, then only got the thyroid meds. Staff is awesome, had a little problem with one test. Have to go back to redo it. They are just getting started here.
After calling other weight loss clinics in the area, Natural Bio health was the most knowledgeable, genuine and upfront with information over the phone. I spoke to Monica initially and she compassionately listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with setting up a consultation. The office visit was great, Amber the Medical assistant is wonderful! The office manager/medical assistant Amber is amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to pinpoint a number of problems for me and my wife both. Finally someone who listened to my wife and now we have a few answers and a direction to keep looking, thanks to Amber! The same wasn't the story for the PA, who seems to be rarely in the office and more concerned with up selling clients than healing them.
