They do good work, but the level of unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced during my most recent visit left me deeply disappointed. Prior to coming in, I called to confirm that I could receive a hard gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure at 4:30 PM, and was told that would be fine. I used to like coming here but haven’t been in a while and will not be returning because I think it is wrong that I come here and pay good money to get a relaxing pedicure and the whole time there is a workers child screaming , that is not professional at all and it was not relaxing at all! It was aggravating and a waste of my hard earned money
Absolutely divine and straight to-the-point customer service. Was taken care of luxuriously and the inside is gorgeous.
