I greatly appreciate health professionals spend great deal of time finding out the underlying causes of the illness, but not blindly putting drugs to wipe off the symptoms. I agree with your approach that healing autoimmune diseases is to find out the triggers, then avoid it. But not indiscriminately knock down the immune system.
