Does exactly what it says on the tin! Was able to relax past most of my ticklish levels. Relieved many knots under my shoulder blades. That night i slept solid 10 hours. I Would go again.
The best treatment I have ever had. Welcomed by Lisa who treated the pain in my neck and back. She found pain whic I had not even told her about. We tolerate and get used to pain as we age. I felt So happy and my posture and outlook so different after just one hour of massage. Strongly recommend this before anything else. Lisa is an experienced and very hard working therapist. It must have taken a lot to unlock all the tension in my neck and shoulders and back. Today I have no headache. Excellent. Thank you.
