DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This operation must be a complete scam. I am out $60 after placing an order 4 weeks ago. I did not receive my item, nor did I rver receive a confirmation email about my order. No, it is not in junk or spam. My bank account clearly shows a debit from this store on 5/29/25. They will not answer emails, and they will not pick up the phone. They do not even have voicemail set up. Needs to be shut down by the BBB.
The young lady clearly didn’t understand the nature of the job nor how to run the store. She didn’t know what Birch oil was (but we can order it) and the other items I was looking for were so unnatural and full of fillers and artificial crap, I decided not to return and buy quality items at the supermarket. Their customer service was horrible. Despite calling several times and sending multiple emails, I received no response regarding the delayed delivery of my item. It felt like shouting into a void—an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. I eventually gave up and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
Jessica at The Natural Alternative knows her stuff! I’ve been wrangling back and forth for months on which of hundreds of Probiotic products to choose for my individual needs. Walked in as I was downtown and 5 minutes later, issue solved and I am feeling GREAT. I am so lucky she was there…I told her the benefits I was hoping to find and thru Natural Alternative, I DID! THANK YOU! I’ll be back!
From outta country. I've been through the gamut with health troubles and have learned a ton about functional medicine. I was taken back at seeing such a small shop so loaded with the best of just about everything. Great service too! I hope to hit them up again before I skip town. ♡
