We we're in here the other day, as we are regular shoppers. however we were looking for some new things. Mako was amazingly helpful. For the question she could not answer, she initiated assistance with the proper people in the proper departments to get us all of the items we were looking for, and answers to our questions. I have always enjoyed shopping Natur-Tyme, and the amazing staff there only makes the experience that much better
Yesterday I went in to pick up a supplement recommended for a clogged milk duct. When I asked where it was located and if they knew of any other supplements I should include, the staff member (I believe her name was Deb) first told me that I need to supplement with formula and when I informed her that I was exclusively pumping she told me that maybe I just shouldn’t breast feed and exclusively provide my baby formula. I love Natur-Tyme, I was there with a friend and found out that we could get a free cup of tea or coffee for checking in!!!! Cool benefit for shopping at a place I love.... everyone is extremely helpful, share their knowledge, and have a great juice bar with coffee, tea, smoothies, food...... they are awesome.... :)
