I have been with Dr. Nattel since 1987 and she has been amazing always going above and beyond. She also saved my my mother's life.

Giving a doctor one star based on the behaviour of a receptionist is very questionable. Dr. Nattel makes herself available on short notice and even calls patients directly on weekends to follow up with them. Her patience, humility, and supportive approach are qualities that not all doctors have. Her receptionist may sometimes not respond immediately, but if you worked in healthcare for even a day you would understand that administrative support of patients must be done by level of urgency.
