Customer comes first at Natsumi. But this does not mean, in any way, that the food and drinks at this restaurant are subpar. The sushi rolls and sashimi are the main feature at this restaurant and satisfy the luxurious palettes of visitors. The lounge is also right next door to the restaurant and has beautifully modern interior design.

Great Food – When it comes to sushi you need to be sceptical and careful. This place is pristine clean and serves very fresh cuts. The Chillean Seabass is the best I've had in quite a while. Fellas feel confident showing off here. The ambiance is quiet and classy and their sushi platters are sure to please. We'll come back again
The Worst Food!! – I live in the neighborhood and always pass by this place. My husband and I decided to try it out. The food was horrible!! We started out with the hamachi w/ balsamic dressing. The hamachi was warm and not a good combination with salad dressing. We sent this dish back . We also ordered the Lobster ravioli, which was cold and no flavor. The chicken and shrimp dumplings were very oily and tastless. I this point we lost out appetites completely. There are many other better sushi places in the neigbohood. This ... read more
Seared Salmon was Simply Amazing! – We were in town for our annual conference when the craving for sushi hit. Hard. Yelp to the rescue! Since we were seeing God of Carnage, we wanted something within walking distance. Enter Natsumi! Solid reviews, let's set it up. We ordered miso soup (tofu, seaweed, scallion) to start and then decided to split several rolls. As the beau is not a huge sushi fan, we kept it pretty simple: seared salmon and seared tuna sashimi, Philadelphia roll, spicy rock shrimp avocado roll and shrimp tempu... read more

FANTASTIC SUSHI – I have been to Natsumi several times and I?ve never been disappointed. They have excellent sushi/food, service, and atmosphere. OMG! The seafood toban yaki is to die for and the sake and drinks are all wonderful! I have taken many people here who are in New York visiting and have yet to get an unsatisfied customer. 100% recommend this restaurant!
love this place – At Natsumi my entire dining experience was superb!! The fusion style cusine was truly unique in chioce as well as delectable in taste. The sushi here tastes and is presented like none other The entire staff was extremely pleasant and seemed more than happy to help me in making a selection and make sure that everything was up to my liking. The restaurant 's mordern interior is exquisite and features a bar on one side of the building and a dinning area on another. I will most definitely dine at Natusmi again ... read more
Great food, atmosphere and company. – I have eaten here many times and even brought friends and business associates here as well. The menu has traditional sushi offerings as well as updated rolls created by the head chef. The menu also offers hot dishs which range from traditional to fusion-ish. I think the sea bass dish is the best, both in terms of taste and proper cooking of the fish (never over cooked!), that I have ever eaten in midtown. If you want sushi, I recommend the chef's sellection. It cost a few bucks more than... read more
Editorial Review – Natsumi is a new kind of restaurant in New York City that fuses Japanese and Italian foods together.
Cozy Bar and Best Sushi – My second visit of this place, the bar area is cozy with style. It is the best place to stay after show. The sushi presentation is superb. I really enjoy it.
