I am very happy with the level of service I got from Nat's. I bought a pair of Chaco's in April and had help getting sized and picking out the style I liked best. Yesterday I noticed the back of them had already started splitting. I messaged them through Facebook asking my options. I brought them into the store last night and they returned them in full. If I decide to buy another pair I will definitely be coming back.
Love Nats! They are always willing to help and friendly. Thanks mike for always being willing to fix my bike and take it to my car when I have my hands full with kids:) everyone there is kid friendly and they hAve a toy section that keeps my kids entertained. U guys rock!
