Let me start by saying I cant give an accurate review as I never actually got to see the facility. They never answer the phone, and I called and left specific messages at least 10 times regarding renting a large climate-controlled unit, and only received 2 return calls, neither of which were within 72 hours. I spoke to someone about an upcoming move and the need to have a storage unit established before that time. All of my subsequent calls went unanswered, so I had to take my business elsewhere.
