I am appalled by what my granddaughter and my family experienced at Dr. Steven Natow's office. LILLIAN Front desk After hearing what happened and listening to the phone call, I was shocked that a patient seeking medical care could be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. No one deserves to be yelled at, especially when they are in pain and trying to get help. I am writing this review because I am absolutely shocked by the way my granddaughter was treated at Natow's office. BY LILLIAN FRONT DESK. My granddaughter has an inflamed spider bite that is painful and inflamed. Since Monday, July 27, she called multiple times trying to get an appointment. She was repeatedly told the office was fully booked, double-booked, and that she would be placed on a waiting list. I suggested she stop by the office in case there had been a cancellation. Dr Natow is a gifted doctor. He is thorough...not an alarmist....and realistic. The offices and waiting rooms are clean, clear and professional. The ladies behind the desk are usually busy but very professional. Rest room is clean. Most important is that his diagnosis and treatments are on target and correct. I am grateful for his medical practice and I am lucky to be one of his patients
