I have known Dr. Natow's office for years, and I have to say, this office used to be AMAZING. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same anymore. The atmosphere and professionalism at the front desk have gone completely downhill. The front desk staff have no class or professionalism in the way they communicate with patients. There was absolutely NO reason for Lillianna to yell across a medical office at a patient who was sitting on the phone speaking to her family member about her emergency appt. Patients should be spoken to with basic courtesy, dignity, and professionalism. If you work at the front desk of a medical practice, interacting respectfully with patients is part of your job. I am appalled by what my granddaughter and my family experienced at Dr. Steven Natow's office. LILLIAN Front desk After hearing what happened and listening to the phone call, I was shocked that a patient seeking medical care could be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. No one deserves to be yelled at, especially when they are in pain and trying to get help.
