bad customer service. wouldn't let me use a towell to dry my car after paying for their Ultimate wash! if they would do their job, I wouldn't have to finish it.
Super disappointed!!! Took my clean car (just got it a couple weeks ago) looking for leather conditioning and hand wax to make it shine. Was told $40 and charged $70. I figured what the hell it needs a good conditioning and spending extra once and while will not hurt well.....don’t do it! Staff did a terrible wash (missed so many spots) and they didn’t dry the grill so I have dried water now. The hand wax and inside detail was also terrible. Staff missed numerous spots inside and out. This place is garbage their machine damaged the paint on my car, when I went back with my receipt the manager stated he will be contactstars On October 2. 2019, the worst experience of my life happened.If you love your car, DON"T come here. I went to this establishment on Mond
I paid $33 today to watch 5 guys kind of clean my car between chatting with each other. I tipped the “main” detailer $14.... before looking inside. He stood in front of me counting his tip... I drove away looking around my car at all they missed... or didn’t even attempt to wipe. Disappointing. Won’t go back.
It’s a joke. Can get an equal quality at a gas station $10.00 cheaper. You enter with a very dusty car, attendant wipes windshield off, something I can do at a gas island myself. Go through machine, it doesn’t get the car clean. Then, pull out of wash to the one attendant supposedly drying off the car, thing is the car is dry by the time it’s your turn, the car has air dried leaving spots and dirt dried on. Save your money. Go somewhere else..
Went back on Tuesday 5/7 around 12:30pm to get a 48 hour rewash because it rained after getting my truck washed on Sunday. They had to get Christian to authorize it who turned around and said “can’t do it because you are 3 hour after the time you took it in on Sunday. We took the car in on Sunday at 9:31am and so he wasn’t going to honor the 48 hours. We had to make a u-turn on the drive thru to get out of the line and held up 6 cars behind us.
