I love Dra. Biyo, always finds time to see my children when I have concerns. I get appointments the same day and always listens to me, my worries and answer questions. That's hard to find.
We love the Dr and staff! She is great with my kids and very responsive. They are not as updated technologically as other places, but I love that it’s a small town clinic. She’s on call and has picked up the phone before on the weekend when we needed a question answered and if a prescription doesn’t go through she personally will call herself and get it filled immediately! best doctor my kids have ever had! Very knowledgeable and honest.
Biggest waste of time. Do not go here if you want professional help. Failed to call me to let me know they were closed for the day that THEY scheduled my son for his procedure. Drove 35 minutes to be “rescheduled” and turned around. Got called that same day to cancel and reschedule my son for a later date. Just to be called the next day and be canceled indefinitely.
Nurses and doctors are very careless and unprofessional. They messed up everything they possibly could. If you came here because you want clinical help from professionals, don’t. They only make your life worse.
Horrible doctors. I will never visit this place again.
