Monthly maintenance for my pool is provided by Native Waters. I have always been pleased with their service. Currently the weekly maintenance is completed by JULIUS, and he is exceptional at taking care of things for me. Prompt, efficient, thorough and very kind. Any time I have a question he stops what he is doing to answer...and if he doesn't have the answer he finds someone in the company who does. Julius has gone above and beyond in cleaning up the mess from the pressure washing and paver sealing. Native Waters is a great company that is very responsive to customer needs.
Julius from Native Waters is terrific. Always does a wonderful job. He's helpful, cheerful, and best of all, mindful of our cats. He helped me right a plant the wind had blown over today, that I was not able to lift myself. What a gentleman!
Paige has been so wonderful with our monthly service of our saltwater pool and spa! She is super friendly, answers all of our questions, even makes small talk with our toddlers! She is very thorough with the cleaning and works fast - would give 10 stars if I could!
Native Waters Pool Service is the best all around. They installed a Hayward pump and filter system 2 years ago and it has run great the whole time. I recently called them because the pressure gauge wasn't working and they promptly responded and set up a time. When Joel arrived he was very personable, courteous and professional.
