Amazing customer service from Native trailers . I bought a new 24 car hauler and had a small issue the first time I used it . I spoke with the owner and brought the trailer back to them . As soon as I pulled in I was greeted with professionalism and him and his crew stopped what they were doing to inspect the issue and the repair was handled right then . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED etc... These guys deserve way more than 5 stars. I got an estimate & dropped off my horse trailer. Not only was it ready for pickup at lightning speed, these guys done little extra things I didn't even know about or ask for. To top off, they charged less than the estimate. That's almost unheard of nowadays! Also, the work they did was outstanding. They are all so nice & friendly. I can't say enough good about doing business here.
Absolutely THE best people to work with! Quality control is a bliss and they have it down! If you're looking into heavy duty axle trailer or in need of a new flatbed - they've got it all.
