I had a very strange and unpleasant interaction with James Plyer. My driver traveled from Houston to pick up the order. When he arrived he attempted to load the order himself but was stopped. The NTN staff loaded the wrong order into our vehicle. The order was very similar and my driver was never told to check it. My landscaper uses this nursery. It irks me to no end that Texas Natives has the name “Native Texas” even though they sell many non-native species. I would suggest CLEAR markings in catalog to show true natives and bold statements throughout to address the fact that what they sell does not match their name. Some (perhaps many) local landscapers and nurseries assume plants from this business are Texas natives because it is named Native Tex as.
