I had a very strange and unpleasant interaction with James Plyer. My driver traveled from Houston to pick up the order. When he arrived he attempted to load the order himself but was stopped. The NTN staff loaded the wrong order into our vehicle. The order was very similar and my driver was never told to check it. When my driver was 45 minutes out, I received a phone call from James sounding annoyed saying that my driver had loaded the wrong order. My driver had to go all the way back.
