I was happy to find a dog friendly property that is spacious and has lots of grass for my dog! Definitely recommend this property!
Lets start off with the okay, the apartment itself is laid out nice and has plenty of room…that might be it about the good. The outlets are very loose in nearly every room. The numerous neighbors at least near the front of the conplex are constantly trashing the front with public drinking, blasting music and “fixing their cars” which by the way is said to be not allowed yet it happens all the time only feet away from the management office. I had a very frustrating experience with Native Sun Apartments. Despite several prior attempts to get a clear response about my $500 deposit, I never received proper assistance. During my visit on February 19, 2026, I faced what I believe was unprofessional and, in my view, discriminatory treatment by a staff member. Although I received an email confirming the refund, it has not been processed yet. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable time frame, I will be forced to take legal action.
They just pushed the maintenance request through without performing the maintenance. Said because I put that they need to contact me before entry that they were not going to do the maintenance check. I had to resubmit the request and thats when they said that because I put they need to contact me that was the reason they didnt preform the check. I have lived here just shy of six years before giving up and breaking my lease. There was loud bass from multiple neighbors. I tried to keep up with emailing the property management about it. However, after seeing the maintenance worker ignoring it while music was being played in a car right by him I gave up. The property management changed every two years and got worse every time.
