Regardless of the 3 week install promise, after 5 weeks they want to install it on my front porch because the place I wanted it (near) board doesn't meet standards. I checked and it does. They don't want to install meaning I will get reduced reabtes starting with another provider. Thanks Dave
I installed the FOX battery through Native Solar. Adam, who helped me, gave a good price and job. He was very responsive and professional. They were fast in booking and preparing the installation. Price matched another quote, which was good ⭐️⭐️. Didn't appreciate the 'had to sign the contract that night', as the offer was only good for a few hours. Was the same price as a handful other companies. Got a call the next morning "Why haven't you been answering my calls?!" ... felt like an x-girlfriend was calling not a sales rep from a reputable company. In answer to your question Zara, I have a family, bedtime with the kids, morning meetings and other commitments other than your quote.
We engaged Native Solar to provide quote for a home battery system several weeks ago. The initial process went well and we agreed to go ahead with an installation at the price of $5800 for the Fox ESS EQ4800 (41.93kWh) battery including DC Coupling, blackout protection, and $0 deposit.
