Incredibly rude customer service. I went the other day looking for soil, walked to the person behind the counter (who was sitting down on her phone) asked if she was working at the moment and she responded with a sarcastic "nope I just hang out here" and she wasn't even trying to be funny, just plain rude. I was pretty blown away by that, sure maybe I asked an "obvious" question, but the rude sarcasm really bummed me out.
