I apologize that the name of the desk staff attendant escapes me because she went above and beyond. She not only listened to my story about my daughter, she went to the piercer, talked to him about her and called me back to address my concerns ahead of time. Oscar was phenomenal with my daughter. She went from being terrified and waiting a year with severe anxiety about having her ears pierced, to being so brave. It was all in how he spoke with her and explained every step. He kept her calm.
